What are your minimum order requirements? Our minimum order requirement is 1 or 2 kgs per item those sold in kilos and 100 pcs those sold in numbers/pcs. But the minimum total order amount will be US$ 200.

What are the shipping methods you use? We use the following shipping methods:

a) By Courier (delivery within 8-10 days with online tracking facility)

b) By Air (Airport Delivery - Transit time approx 8-10 days)

c) By Sea (Delivery at your nearest seaport - Transit time approx 30-35 days). It is prefferred only for larger orders.

d) Small quantities can be sent through Airmail (EMS) also. No Tracking system available for this mode.

What is your shipping charges? We only charge the actual freight charges which we have to pay the carriers. So, we will be able to inform you the exact freight charges once we know the approximate quantity of your order and mode (courier, air or sea) of transport you wish to use. We have account with all major couriers and we can offer you best freight charges for door delivery.

How fast will my order be filled and shipped? We have a very good manufacturing capacity. Normally, we dispatch the order within 7 days from order confirmation. For bulk order 15-20 days from order confirmation. For your convenience, it is mentioned below every item.

What forms of payment do you accept?

1. Wire Transfer / Bank Transfer  (Preferred)

2. Paypal. Paypal fee is payable by customer and the same will be added to invoice.

3. Western Union or Moneygram (for small orders below $1000 only)

We do not accept return of Portions of bead mixes, used or partially used items, partially used wire spools, etc.

What kind of guarantee do you have? If you are not satisfied with your beads, you may return them within 7 days from the date of purchase, we will refund your money or can send any alternate items. The return information must be informed us within 48 hrs from the receipt of the packet. All our customers are very happy with our quality and service and we have not faced any such problem so far. So we are confident.
